Returns and Refurbishments

Returns are an unfortunate reality, but at DSJ Logistics and Fulfillement, we've got your back. With our skilled team and efficient systems, we'll turn your products around and handle refurbishments as quickly as possible. We want you and your customers to be happy! At DSJ, we process returns as quickly as possible according to your specifications. We keep your inventory levels up to date and your customers happy.  

If a returned item is not damaged, it is updated in the WMS (Warehouse Management System) and returned to stock for resale. If the returned item is damaged, the client is notified; WMS is updated; and a new order is placed to replace the damaged item. We follow our client’s instructions for handling refurbishments.
