WHITE GLOVES SERVICES: CONCIERGE RELOCATION & HIGH VALUE CARGO HANDLING

Standard freight and moving logistics stop at the front door or loading dock. DSJ’s White-Glove Services provide full-service, high-touch handling designed for delicate household goods, fine art, luxury automobiles, and high-value commercial shipments requiring extra care, setup, and precision.

From origin packing in the US to final room placement in Malaysia, our white-glove team manages every detail so you never have to lift a finger or handle heavy lifting.

What Our White-Glove Service Includes

• Custom Crating & Museum-Grade Packing: Custom-built wooden crates, anti-static wrapping, and specialized padding for high-value items, fine art, antiques, delicate electronics, and luxury vehicle parts.

• Full Room-of-Choice Unpacking & Setup: We don't leave boxes stacked in your garage. Our local ground crews carry items to their exact designated room, assemble furniture, and position items according to your instructions.

• Debris & Packaging Removal: Complete cleanup and offsite disposal of all wooden crates, cardboard boxes, styrofoam, and packing materials immediately after placement—leaving your new space clean and ready to use.

• Pre-Move Site Inspections: Our US and Malaysian teams measure doorways, stairwells, and service elevators (and coordinate with condo JMB/MC management) in advance to prevent move-day surprises or property damage.

• Specialized High-Value Transport: Climate-conscious and shock-protected transit options for sensitive freight, high-end furniture, and fragile cargo moving between the US and Malaysia.

• Dedicated Concierge Coordinator: A single point of contact overseeing your entire shipment lifecycle, providing real-time photo tracking and direct updates from pickup through final installation.
